My parents left yesterday, along with most of the goodies. Otherwise our son has been eating a few more treats than usual to use up everything they left that I find tempting. :) I woke up late this morning, for some reason I didn’t hear my alarm clock. But I made it to the gym, and worked hard and fast. It feels so great to have the workout done for the day. Now I can shower and get ready. When I workout in the middle of the day I never know when to get ready. Just one more month and I’ll be able to take Evie to the day care at lifetime, I’m very excited about that. The time is jut flying by.
All my meals are packed for the today. They are all combinations of extra lean ground turkey, rice or pasta, thai sauce (PB, Braggs, chili garlic sauce, & ginger), and/or broccoli. I’ll also have 1 banana, and cottage cheese with 8g of walnuts in it before bed.

Today starts the first day of my journey to getting back in shape after baby #2.
I picked up a 4hour shift at the hospital, but was cancelled as I was about to leave for it. That was just fine, because I packed up our 4 year and headed to the gym for my first leg day.
Once home I ate and then cooked up 3 lbs of extra lean turkey, a small package of rice, veggies and portioned it all out.
My parents will be coming tonight from Michigan and my husband has the weekend off so we are making an easel and will be paintin together tonight.
