Day 5
My parents left yesterday, along with most of the goodies. Otherwise our son has been eating a few more treats than usual to use up everything they left that I find tempting. :) I woke up late this morning, for some reason I didn’t hear my alarm clock. But I made it to the gym, and worked hard and fast. It feels so great to have the workout done for the day. Now I can shower and get...

Day 4 A day of rest
Today is my day off! I think my legs need a day off, I don’t think I could do any more cardio or leg exercises.
I do have a confession to make already. I woke up this morning and was so hungry, I didn’t want to wait to make breakfast or have coffee. So I looked in the pantry and grabbed a handful of peanuts. Ughh!! is what I thought after I ate them. Why did I just do that? I...

Day 3 Never give up
Today’s workout was tough. It was my first day of doing Fatima’s cardio. I thought only doing cardio 3 times a week wouldn’t be enough. But this is not a leisurely run, so I wouldn’t want to do it any more than 3x :). Abs are also tough for me after having the baby a little under 2 months ago. I can’t wait for the day I will do the exercises and they aren’t...

Day 2
Yesterday was day 1 of success! I followed did the exercises at the gym, and followed my food plan. I was worried about this because my parents have come to visit… they have brought all their usual food to visit too. Just the old friends chocolate, crackers, etc. (for the car ride they say :) ). It also awkward to tell someone you are only eating certain food. Once I explain that I paid...
Official Day 1
I started off the day at 6:00. I am pumping while I type this. Drinking coffee and eating breakfast. I got up twice last night with our 2 month old, Evie.
I basically slept in my gym clothes so I would be ready to go get to the gym. Today is back and bicep. I’ll have a little over an hour to get it done, then time to get home, shower and head to work for my 4 hour shift only :)…...
