Day 21: Weight loss Progress
I have some great news to share!! Day 13 - Progress
Quick update on my progress. Measurements: By the end of Week 1 I lost: 0.5 in. from my waist 1.0in. from my hips 0.25in. from my thighs I can’t wait to measure again this Monday!! Weight: To date I have lost 2.4 lbs in 12 days. Training: I am already running 0.3mi faster than my first day of cardio. Day 5

Saying No!

Day 4 A day of rest

Today’s workout was tough. It was my first day of doing Fatima’s cardio. I thought only doing cardio 3 times a week wouldn’t be enough. Yesterday was day 1 of success!  I followed did the exercises at the gym, and followed my food plan.  I was worried about this because my parents have come to visit… they have brought all their usual food to visit too.  Just the old friends chocolate, crackers, etc. (for the car ride they say :) ).  It also awkward to tell someone you are only eating certain food.  Once I explain that I paid...

Official Day 1
I started off the day at 6:00. I am pumping while I type this. Drinking coffee and eating breakfast. I got up twice last night with our 2 month old, Evie.
